Lease Procedures

Documentation is by way of a very simple subtenancy agreement, with no legal costs or stamp duty. Initial establishment fee is $25.00

Rental rates quoted above are based on our usual minimum term of 6 months. A loading of 20% applies to shorter terms or by mutual agreement.
